Meet Josh Bayton
Managing Director
Zephyr Constructions was founded by Josh Baynton in 2016. Based in Coolum Beach, the business renovates and rebuilds homes across the Sunshine Coast and Noosa Shire.
Josh brings more than 20 years of construction experience to every project, across renovations, extensions, knockdown rebuilds and pre-sale renovation work. His approach is hands-on and direct. He runs every Zephyr project personally, from the first site visit through to the day the keys are handed back.
That means the person who quotes your job is the person you ring when something comes up on site. No layers of management, no handover to someone you have never met. Just honest pricing, clear communication, and a builder who takes responsibility for the outcome.
